A comfortable and spacious stone house set back from the river in Dinan's historic and vibrant port area. Positioned in a quiet cul de sac, but close to a good range of restaurants, cafes and a traditional French bakers, an ideal base to explore medieval Dinan.

The historic town centre is a 10 minute walk away up the cobbled Rue Du Jerzual, or you can escape into the peaceful Breton countryside by walking out along the river along a well maintained path.

Boat and canoe hire is available from the port, an ideal way to explore the beautiful River Rance.

Outside a charming enclosed sunny patio area with garden furniture and barbecue makes the ideal place for breakfast or a relaxing drink after a day spent exploring this wonderful region. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and kettle.

Leading off the kitchen area is a spacious living area with comfortable seating, Sky Satellite TV with DVD and a selection of games. Parking for one car is available just outside the house and there is free parking a short walk away.

Upstairs there are four bedrooms which can sleep 8 in total plus an additional 2 on fold out beds.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom, Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds, Bedroom 3 with bunk bed. Separate bathroom just opposite. Bedroom 4 has a double bed with ensuite bathroom. Linen and towel hire are included in the rental price.
