Looking After Your House

After you have invested time and money in your French property, you need to ensure it is properly looked after. Our Property Care package provides you with the reassurance that your house is being cared for whilst you are not in Brittany.

Our services include:

• visiting your property on a regular basis agreed in advance
• ensuring your house and outbuildings are secure
• checking inside and out for any leaks or damage
• emptying the letter box and forwarding post to you
• checking your house after any storms or high winds
• sending you an update report with photos after each visit by email or letter
• keyholding and allowing access by tradesmen or meter readers
• organising and supervision of maintenance, minor repair and decorating works

To ensure that your holiday home is ready for you to enjoy from the moment you arrive, we can also take care of the following:

• garden maintenance (lawn mowed, shrubs trimmed, borders weeded etc)
• household appliances checked
• house cleaned, aired and heating switched on
• beds made up and groceries purchased ready for your arrival
