Description
Les Pivoines are two attractive stone cottages sleeping five and two, recently renovated with taste, 7 miles from the family resort and sandy beaches of Dinard.
La Pivoine, sleeping five, has a light and well equipped kitchen on the ground floor, with a polished dining table, leading to a comfortable living area with large log burner and fireplace. A comfortable settee can be made into a double bed. The original beams, wooden staircase and stripped and polished cupboards all give the ground floor charm and character.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with one single bed and Bedroom 3 with a sofa bed and single bed. The first floor also has original beams and a polished wooden floor, and a shower room with shower, basin and WC. The house comfortably sleeps five, with an additional two on the sofa bed downstairs.

La Petite Pivoine is entirely separate, and can be rented on its own or in combination with the larger cottage.
Entering the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with a dining area. Shower room and WC also on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a very attractive, spacious and light double bedroom.

Outside: To the rear of the property is a small patio area, ideal for barbecues after a day at the beach. A short (5 metres) distance away is a pleasant lawned back garden with garden furniture. The back garden is shared by both cottages.
Parking is freely available just opposite the house, but there is no problem in parking outside the front door to unload luggage or shopping.

Location
Les Pivoines is located in a small hamlet about 7 miles from the town of Dinard, an elegant popular family resort with two fine sandy beaches. A long time favourite for French families seeking a beachside holiday, this area is very close to the north Brittany coast with its superb selection of beaches and rocky headlands.
The fascinating corsair town of St. Malo with numerous good restaurants, bistros and cafés is about 20 minutes away, a little further is medieval Dinan and Mont St Michel. The airport at Dinard is very close, about 5 miles. Ryanair provide very low cost flights to and from the UK.
