On the first floor, a spacious living area leads to a dining area within a well equipped kitchen. A charming balcony with river views leads off the living area. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a double and one single, and a separate bathroom and toilet. At the rear of the property is a private enclosed garden area, ideal for summer barbecues. Parking is available outside the house or at a free car park a short walk away.

The house is directly situated on the quayside, where you can watch yachts and pleasure boats come and go, admire the views of the river and soak up the atmosphere of the port with its ancient bridge, half timbered houses and typically French restaurants and bistros.

The historic town centre of Dinan is a short walk away, up the cobbled Rue Du Petit Fort with its preserved medieval houses and artisans shops and galleries.

Directly from the house, you can also walk or cycle into the peaceful Breton countryside by following one of several riverside paths. The river is a haven for wildlife - you may see herons or even an otter diving for fish.
