The coastal region of North Brittany is both dramatic and beautiful, with rocky headlands, peaceful coves and sandy beaches.The Emerald Coast is the name given to the coast around Dinard and St Malo, reflecting the green colour of the sea. A succession of sandy beaches stretch from here along the coast; our favourites include St Cast Le Guildo, Val André and Pléhérel Plage, all ideal for family swimming.

The family seaside resorts along the coast include Dinard, St Jacut and Lancieux - all seem to have retained their family holiday feel, a bit laid back and not too overdeveloped. Dinan and St Malo are also close by should you fancy a change of scene.

A perfect area to unwind and enjoy a beachside holiday.
