Description
Spacious ground floor two bed apartment with sunny terrace and large sea facing windows, redecorated and equipped in 2009. First bedroom with double bed, second with a bunk bed and one single bed, sleeps up to five.
The apartment has large sea facing windows overlooking the lawned garden which has a gate giving direct access to the coastal footpath, which in turn leads to the sandy beaches of St Jacut. The terrace is accessed by a sliding glass door, and is a real suntrap, perfect for sunbathing, watching the sun go down with a cold drink or eating fresh croissants in the morning. Located in the village, you can easily walk to a good bakers, small shop and a number of good bistros and restaurants.

Newly fitted out and decorated in summer 2009, the apartment is available to let all year. The standard of the decor and fittings is high, with a modern kitchen, bathroom and new appliances. Central heating and modern insulation make the apartment a comfortable base at any time of the year. Situated on the ground floor, the apartment has a large open plan living area leading to a dining area with corner kitchen with dishwasher. French windows to terrasse with table and chairs.

Outside, there is a shared lawned back garden with direct access to the coastal footpath and access to sandy beaches.

Location
St Jacut is situated on the beautiful North Brittany coast, and is set on a peninsula with 11 safe sandy beaches to explore. As well as swimming in the clean waters, rockpooling and fishing, a sailing school is close by where boats can be hired. There is also a diving school and kayak hire is also available.
The area is ideal for cycling, or walking along the coastal footpath which runs directly outside the front of the house. Close by is the ruined Chateau Guildo and the peaceful Arguenon river valley. The popular resorts of Dinard, St Briac and St Lunaire are very close. A little further is the walled seaport of St Malo, the medieval town of Dinan and the world heritage site of Mont St Michel.
