Located just next to a selection of sandy beaches in the popular family seaside village of St Jacut, close to village amenities (shop / bakers / bistros).

Newly fitted out and decorated in summer 2007, the apartment is available to let all year. The standard of the decor and fittings is high with a new kitchen, bathroom and new appliances. Central heating and modern insulation make the apartment a comfortable base at any time of the year.

Situated on the first floor, the apartment has a large open plan living area leading to a dining area with corner kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher. French windows to balcony with table and chairs.

Bedroom with double bed. Second bedroom with three single beds. Bathroom with bath and sink unit . Separate WC.

Outside, there is a shared lawned back garden with direct access to the coastal footpath and access to sandy beaches.

Location

St Jacut is situated on the beautiful North Brittany coast and is set on a peninsula with 11 safe sandy beaches to explore. As well as swimming in the clean waters, rockpooling and fishing, a sailing school is close by where boats can be hired. There is also a diving school, and Kayak hire is available.

The area is ideal for cycling, or walking along the coastal footpath which runs directly outside the front of the house. Close by is the ruined Chateau Guildo and the peaceful Arguenon river valley. The popular resorts of Dinard, St Briac and St Lunaire are very close. A little further is the walled seaport of St Malo, the medieval town of Dinan and the world heritage site of Mont St. Michel.
